This was taken in SL by Beyonce Zane, who uses a combination of techniques to achieve this effect. She does amazing work, doesn't she?

I love this pic. Whats sorts of techniques were used on it? I'm a fairly average photoshopper (now struggling to learn how to use GIMP) and I always enjoy learning new ways of modifying images.
